All product(s) price of “Lady21” are in US Dollars (USD) and includes GST. All displayed
product(s) price in our store, not included with shipping cost. Shipping cost will be displayed and
added with the product(s) price on the time of checking out your orders. And it will consider as
the guaranteed price which will display on the time of order fulfillment. We reserve the right to
change any product(s) price at any time without any prior notice.
We only accept orders and payments through our website. We accept all type of credit cards
PayPal, Strip etc. payments method and do not charge any other additional fees. If you select
the Credit Card payment option, it will be deemed to be your authorization to debate the
accepted order amount from your selected card. All credit cards will be charged in US dollars
(USD). We do not accept checks or any other payment option. At the time of delivery your
product(s), we will provide you a receipt with details of the total amount and other fees (if any)
including shipping cost
If we are unable to successfully process of any purchase through your selected payment
method available on our website, then we may cancel your order.

7. Shipping and Delivery
We are offering to ship and deliver our product(s) to all over World. All orders placed under
“Lady21” will be processed and dispatched with 24 to 48 hours from the recipient of the
payments. Delivery time can be varying depending on your location, but not more than 2 to 14
business days. We will initiate an initial approx. delivery time in your order confirmation.
“Lady21″ will not be liable for any uncertain late delivery.
For shipping, we are using the most common and fastest postal services suitable for our
consumer’s location. Shipping cost may vary depending on the consumer location. We are
offering free shipping cost for all purchase over $75.
8. Return & Exchange:
We the “Lady21” owned and operated by “Basulaim International FZ”, promised to provide fresh and the
quality product(s) only. We believe you enjoy your purchase. If in case for any reason you are
not happy with our product(s), we are ready to accept the return or exchange. We are giving the
option to exchange or return with a full refund for the unused, unworn, unharmed, unwashed
and original condition with original packaging and the tag attached, within 14 days of receiving
the orders.
We will not accept any exchange or returning request for any used, washed, harmed, worn, tag
removed and packaging damaged product(s). We will bear the return shipping cost for only
those products you are requesting to exchange or return for our default, in any other case
request to return and exchange for your change of mind or change of size, color, style; etc. you
need to manage the safe return and shipping cost. We will not accept return with a full refund for
a change of mind. also for return or exchange item, we will not be responsible for any loss or
damage in transits. we highly recommend you to use registered post to return the product(s)
We will refuse any refund or exchange without any purchase proof and for any product(s)
damaged by the recipient. And after approving any return request, a refund will be credited to
the original payment method used by the purchase, within 3 business days.
Please note we will not accept any return request for any previously exchanged product(s) with
no default or for the further change of mind.
9. Return and Exchange Process:
Please check our return option for the details process of applying return and exchange request
or email: support@lady21.ostore with your name, product(s) codes, invoice number and other
purchase details with a reason of your return.
10. Faulty and Received in error:
If you discover any fault in any product(s) purchased from “Lady21”, you need to notify us within
3 business days from your recipient. In such case, we will make a full refund upon safe return or
exchange. We will be liable for all shipping and delivery cost.
If you believe you have received a product(s) that differs from your given orders. In such case,
you need to notify us within 3 business days from your recipient and we will arrange for it to
return to us and will redeliver the correct item/s.
But, if the product(s) are found with no fault and no differ found from your given order(s), in
such case, it will be redelivered to you and you will manage the shipping and delivery cost.
Products with no fault or no error will be nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.
